Featuring Jack’s Public House, Par Provisions Marketplace, Par One Bunker and The Den, retail offerings, and flexible indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, the clubhouse is designed to deliver memorable experiences in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned Host/Hostess to join our ParOne Clubhouse opening team. The host/hostess is more than the first person guests meet; they are the first impression of our hospitality. We are seeking individuals who are naturally welcoming, poised, and attentive, with the ability to make every guest feel recognized from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate understands that luxury hospitality begins long before guests are seated, balancing warmth, professionalism, and organization while creating a seamless arrival and departure experience. Every interaction should reflect genuine care, confidence, and attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest promptly with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments to maximize dining room efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Escort guests to their tables and communicate relevant guest information, preferences, and special occasions to the service team.
• Monitor dining room flow and collaborate with leaders and servers to ensure balanced seating and efficient service.
• Answer telephones and respond to guest inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand, lobby, and entrance area.
• Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns or communicate them promptly to leadership.
• Recognize returning guests whenever possible and help create personalized experiences.
• Support the front-of-house team as needed to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
• Follow all company policies, service standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, country club, or luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Experience with reservation and table management systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move throughout the restaurant frequently during service.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
