Ready to sharpen your skills in a high-energy, scratch-made kitchen? Monadnock Food Co-op is looking for an aspiring culinary professional to join us as a Kitchen Assistant in downtown Keene. This is a premier growth position designed for someone with prior kitchen experience who is eager to master essential knife skills and professional techniques while working directly under our Chefs. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide healthy, local food. If you’re a positive hard-working team player looking for a collaborative environment where you can truly "learn the ropes,” and be a part of the farm to table movement check us out! Knowledge of gluten free and vegan preparation is a plus. Serve Safe Certified is a plus.
The purpose of this position is to perform routine tasks such as product packaging, prep work, dishwashing, trash removal, sanitation procedures, etc. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Pay Range: Begins at $17.00 with additional compensation for experience
