In an Inside Sales & Marketing Associate job you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with new and existing sales accounts via cold calls, warm leads, email follow-up, and in-person interactions.
- Onboarding and activating new cabinet dealers, builders, contractors, and designers.
- Guiding customers through product ordering processes, programs, samples, and sales resources.
- Supporting independent sales representatives with quotes, order entry, and open project opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate customer data, pipeline records, and sales activity within the CRM system.
- Creating, scheduling, and managing engaging social media posts and digital marketing campaigns.
- Designing flyers, email graphics, promotional tools, and sales materials using web-based design platforms.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Service, Claims, and Operations to support sales growth and company goals.
What you'll need:
- Entry-level experience or education in sales, customer service, marketing, or business administration.
- Strong communication skills and confidence making outbound phone calls and conducting email follow-ups.
- Hands-on experience creating social media content and designing digital marketing graphics.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
- Ability to quickly learn sales technology, including CRM platforms, order management, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools.
- Experience in wholesale distribution, building materials, construction, or cabinetry is a plus.
