Bachelor degree or above
At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, sales support, or related roles.
Proficient in Excel and Power BI; ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP, QAD, UFIDA) is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and good written English
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Pricing Master Data Maintenance
• Maintain pricing master data, including price creation, updates, and annual adjustments across CN ERP systems (UFIDA, QAD, and SAP).
• Ensure pricing DOA compliance and proper documentation.
• Support cross-functional coordination on pricing-related activities.
• Maintain pricing guidelines and related supporting documents.
2. Forecast Analysis & Digital Reporting
• Consolidate and upload forecast data into systems and provide bi-weekly analysis through Power BI reports.
• Deliver bi-weekly CS reports to the China commercial and operations teams in a timely and accurate manner, including open orders, shipments, past due, pricing and common parts analysis.
• Identify reporting issues proactively and collaborate with IT on system improvements and solutions.
3. Special-order management
• Manage free-of-charge sample orders in the system.
• Maintain special orders related to scrap and production materials.
