Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will lead and drive Surface Treatment & Metrology equipment performance  through planned maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives, equipment reliability enhancement, and system integration  to achieve operational and cost targets. You will also develop technical standards, optimize equipment performance, and build a highly competent technician team to support sustainable manufacturing excellence. Drive & execute EE Surface Treatment & Metrology planned maintenance and equipment improvement  to ensure target defined within area of influence is achieved Responsible to ensure  competency of technicians and manage by process to support &  ensure overall success of OP segment Drive technical planned maintenance definition  to have comprehensive equipment maintenance and robustness preventive in place and timely  Collaborate within area of influences to diagnose previous maintenance improvement activities as to ensure that new machine reaches its optimal performance much early than usual and, develop standard hardware and software to governance Setup and  implement planned maintenance systematic  to ensure comprehensive equipment maintenance routines that all equipment is safe to operate, with high availability and good reliability within targeted budget Establish and  i mplement systematic equipment improvement, preventive maintenance, calibration, and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns Govern  and execute Surface treatment & Metrology Equipment  from conceptualization, piloting, implementation, monitoring, improving and sustaining Monitor equipment stability by i ntegrate equipment with APC tools or  semi auto integration system Implement and executing equipment improvement topics  to meet/exceed TCR  Develop ,  evaluate and certify the technician team in according to the define competency model Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You strive for excellence in semiconductor manufacturing by leveraging extensive experience in surface treatment equipment, driving equipment reliability through effective maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives . You possess strong technical knowledge of semiconductor backend assembly processes, risk assessment methodologies, and plating technologies , enabling you to optimize performance and support operational excellence. Master's Degree or  Bachelor's Degree  in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering , or related Engineering disciplines Minimum  8 -10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least  5 years of direct experience in surface treatment  ( Plating / Deflashing / Chemical dipping etc.)  equipment Demonstrated track record in  equipment maintenance systematics, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment improvement initiatives, hardware/software troubleshooting knowledge  Strong knowledge of electroplating and electroless plating fundamentals is a bonus Familiar with concept of Maintenance FMEA  and risk assessment , as well as semiconductor backend assembly processes #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
