Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries, orders, changes, deliveries, invoicing and after-sales matters with accurate and timely responses.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to clarify responsibilities, actions and timelines, and drive issues to closure.
• Coordinate customer-required commercial, technical and quality documentation, ensuring completeness, consistency and timely submission.
• Set priorities based on customer needs, business impact and urgency, and follow up proactively on commitments and open actions.
• Identify potential risks, resolve issues within the role’s responsibility and escalate promptly when management support is required.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer and order data in relevant systems.
• Support customer issue handling, business updates and continuous improvement of customer service processes.
• Clarify customer and internal requests, confirm feasibility before making commitments, and balance customer needs with company requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in business, supply chain, international trade or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in customer service, order management or sales support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination, order execution, customer issue handling or document management is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English, with clear communication skills for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare accurate reports and customer documentation.
• Practical ERP and CRM experience, with strong data accuracy and the ability to learn systems quickly.
• Good document management skills and attention to detail.
