What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to providers to verify information and support claim resolution.
- Accurately compile, verify, and enter claim-related data into internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and privacy standards.
- Review and audit claims to identify inconsistencies or missing information.
- Coordinate with staff and maintain organized records to ensure timely claim processing.
Key Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Available to join on 26th October 2026.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Relevant call center experience is required.
- Willing to work onsite during morning or mid shifts.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6AM – 3PM Philippine Time) with a fully onsite work setup.
- Malaysia (The Gardens North Tower, Kuala Lumpur): Australian hours (6AM – 3PM Malaysian Time) with a fully onsite work setup.
