Job title: Shift Supervisor, 3rd Shift, 10PM-6AM

Full Time Hourly 

Non - Exempt

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure production schedules are met, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment during their assigned shift. This role involves direct supervision of production and plant personnel, coordinating workflow, enforcing quality and safety standards, and providing hands-on support to resolve operational issues

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and direct all production activities and personnel for the assigned shift to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards, company policies, and safety regulations, including OSHA.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager and other Shift Supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions and continuous workflow.
• Conduct regular safety briefings, on-the-job training, and performance feedback sessions for team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues or equipment malfunctions, escalating major issues to the Maintenance Tech or Production Manager as needed. 
• Manage employee timekeeping, breaks, and coverage to maintain consistent staffing levels and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and shift reports.

Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting and time management.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
