It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need you, a seasoned program manager who can ensure our program achieves success.

As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding DoD clients. The DoD will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Defense Technology Account, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, and reviewing contracts.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power point
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 15+ years of experience as a Program Manager
• Knowledge of DoD programs
• PMP Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
