This position is based in Plano, TX.

Reporting directly to the TFSB CIO, the Head of Product will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Banking platforms. This executive leader will serve as a strategic partner to senior business and technology leaders, driving modernization, innovation, and scalable growth across a portfolio of enterprise financial applications. 

The ideal candidate is a visionary product executive with a proven track record of building and scaling product management organizations, leading managers of managers, and delivering complex technology products in highly regulated environments. This leader combines deep product expertise with strong technical acumen and the ability to influence executive stakeholders while developing high-performing teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and business objectives 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, balancing customer needs, business goals, regulatory requirements, operational considerations, and technology investments 

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, prioritization, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of enterprise applications 

• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Technology leaders to modernize platforms and drive scalable solutions leveraging cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, data platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities 

• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing product organization, including managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement 

• Establish modern product management disciplines, governance, metrics, and operating models that drive measurable business outcomes 

• Champion product-led transformation initiatives that simplify processes, improve customer experiences, and accelerate speed to market 

• Drive strategic investment decisions and portfolio prioritization to maximize business value and long-term platform scalability 

• Partner with Quality Engineering leadership to enhance product quality, automation, and delivery excellence across the portfolio 

What You Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field 

• 15+ years of progressive product leadership experience, including leading large product organizations and managing managers 

• Demonstrated success building and scaling product management and product development organizations from the ground up 

• Experience leading enterprise-wide product strategy for complex platforms, preferably within banking, financial services, lending, fintech, or other highly regulated industries 

• Strong technical understanding of modern software architecture including AWS/cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, data platforms, and enterprise application development 

• Proven ability to partner effectively with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business executives to influence enterprise-wide strategy and investment decisions 

• Exceptional people leader with experience leading organizations of 20+ professionals through periods of growth, transformation, and modernization 

• Commercial Lending, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech experience strongly preferred 

Bonus if you have:  

• Master’s degree in computer science or software engineering, or MBA 

• Strong financial services background
