Description
We are representing a reputable, national firm seeking a highly qualified Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Debtor (in and out of court) and creditors’ committee representation experience is strongly preferred. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are required. Must be admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. The anticipated pay range for this role is $195,000 - $215,000.
