As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document and communicate observations according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
