As a Finance Commercial Lead, a typical day involves overseeing commercial relationships with clients to enhance financial and business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, manage investments, and ensure accountability. The position also includes providing strategic guidance to the team to deliver value to clients and support overall business objectives, fostering a dynamic and results-oriented work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve financial processes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align financial goals with business strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling principles within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data to support decision-making and risk management.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to implement financial solutions effectively.
- Competence in optimizing financial operations to enhance business performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
