Job Title: Customer Care Specialist – Italian Speaking

As our new Customer Care Specialist, you will provide operational and commercial support to distributors and sales partners, ensuring the efficient processing of orders, timely customer communication, and accurate administration.

Location: Hybrid – Breda

What you will do:

• Process distributor orders accurately and efficiently, providing updates on order status and delivery schedules.
• Resolve distributor and customer queries in line with company procedures.
• Monitor order progress and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Manage customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Support commercial sales partners with quotations, product enquiries, and documentation.
• Assist Sales and Marketing teams with campaign follow-up, promotions, and distributor communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential

• Organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical with proven ability to procure and interpret metrics, following up on remedial actions and improvement initiatives.
• Ability to positively interact with other departments and 3PL partners.
• Fluent in English & Italian

Preferred

• Experience in a B2B Customer Service environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Professional proficiency in German
