Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, APAC
Genesys is seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, APAC to lead the partner marketing strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will serve as a key marketing liaison across the Global Partner Organization, APAC Sales, Partner Sales, and Marketing, translating business and go-to-market priorities into high-impact partner marketing strategies and programs that drive growth.
The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of the APAC partner marketing plan, working closely with our partner ecosystem to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and support joint go-to-market initiatives. With a particular focus on Genesys' most strategic partners across APAC, this role will identify opportunities to amplify our joint value propositions, engage customers and prospects, and deliver measurable contribution to regional growth objectives.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of partner-led go-to-market models, demand generation, and pipeline creation and acceleration. You will partner closely with APAC Partner Sales leadership, Partner Account Managers, regional sales and marketing teams, and global stakeholders to establish priorities, develop joint marketing plans, and ensure effective execution across markets.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, stakeholder leadership, and excellent communication and program management skills. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting strategy and driving execution, can navigate a complex and fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our partners, customers, and prospects.
Reporting to the Vice President, APAC Demand Generation, you will be an integral member of the APAC marketing leadership team and will collaborate across the broader regional and global marketing teams to deliver integrated partner-led demand generation programs that create qualified opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth.
We are looking for a collaborative, results-oriented marketer who can bring new ideas, influence across organizational boundaries, and help strengthen partner marketing as a strategic growth engine for Genesys across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the APAC partner marketing plan with input from key Sales, Partner, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with priority APAC partners, including VARs, TSDs, BPOs, and GSIs.
- Align partner marketing programs with partner sales and business priorities.
- Develop and execute joint marketing plans to support pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Deliver partner programs across digital, hybrid, and in-person channels.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced demand and pipeline acceleration.
- Maintain strong alignment between Partner Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
- Establish program objectives, metrics, and reporting to measure performance and ROI.
- Manage the APAC partner marketing budget and optimize investment against business priorities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of partner marketing experience within software, SaaS, cloud, or technology.
- Experience working with VARs, TSDs, GSIs, and BPOs.
- Strong understanding of partner go-to-market models, demand generation, and B2B sales cycles.
- Experience developing and executing joint partner marketing plans and events.
- Knowledge of lead generation, pipeline creation, and pipeline acceleration.
- Experience owning or contributing to pipeline targets is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% across APAC.
