We are looking for a Full-Time Nanny in Orange County, CA
The family is considering moving to Irvine, Mission Viejo, or the Laguna Niguel area.
A warm family is seeking an attentive, active, and nurturing full-time nanny for their young son, Oakley. He is bright, energetic, and thrives with structure, engaging activities, and a caregiver who can provide patient, hands-on care throughout the day.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
- With some flexibility based on parents’ work schedules
- Start date: Ideally October 26
- Length of Position: Long-term, ongoing

Rate: Starting at $22 per hour
- With review or potential raise after 6 months
- 1 Child: 2.5 year old, boy
Responsibilities
- Prioritize child’s safety, development, and overall well-being
- Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and outings
- Encourage reading, outdoor play, and screen-free activities
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Maintain nap routine
- Drive to activities and outings as needed
- Complete light child-related housekeeping and clean up throughout the day
- Maintain open and consistent communication with parents
- Provide occasional flexibility for additional hours, weekends, overnights, or travel as mutually agreed upon
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2+ years of paid, professional toddler care experience
- Able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references collectively covering at least two years of professional childcare experience
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and clean driving record
- Able to successfully clear a background and social media check
- Comfortable with two small dogs; minimal assistance letting them in/out may occasionally be needed
- Bilingual is a plus
Compensation
This position starts at $22 per hour for approximately 40 hours per week, with a review for a potential raise after six months. Additional employment details will be discussed directly with the family during the interview.
