Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into value-driven digital solutions.

Provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, supporting opportunity development, solution definition, proposal execution, and successful transition to project delivery. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Asset Management solutions while contributing to strategic business initiatives and customer success

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities for GridBeats Asset Management solutions, developing customer-focused solution strategies that align business requirements with product capabilities and operational objectives.
• Drive technical proposal development, customer presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities for complex opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders while supporting strategic account growth and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning, risk assessment, project handover, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, reusable assets, and best practices, while mentoring team members and promoting technical excellence across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Service Engineering. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Significant experience in Asset Management, Industrial Software, Digital Solutions, or Utility Operations.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or application engineering.
• Experience managing complex customer engagements and proposal processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
