Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement strategy development and execution across categories.
• Lead sourcing, bidding, RFQ/RFP, negotiation, and vendor management activities.
• Prepare client presentations, procurement reviews, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Support client meetings, business reviews, and solution presentations.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
• Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, performance reviews, and governance meetings.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and contract lifecycle management.
• Oversee procurement operations, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and process compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business teams.
• Support audits, procurement governance, and policy compliance.
• Act as a deputy to the Procurement Head as required.
