Description
We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and confident Dental Front Desk/ Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating treatment recommendations, helping patients understand their financial options, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans and fees to patients.
- Discuss insurance benefits, estimates, and patient financial responsibility.
- Confidently answer patient questions regarding treatment and payment options.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to keep the schedule productive.
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment.
- Collect copays, deductibles, balances, and payments at the time of service.
- Process credit card, electronic, and other patient payments.
- Verify insurance eligibility.
- Maintain accurate patient records and account information.
- Prepare and review treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, dental assistants, and team.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
