The Role

This role is responsible for coordinating and driving facilities-related projects by acting as the primary interface between internal facilities process engineering team, facilities hookup construction team, and external stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in ensuring clear requirement definition, effective execution planning, and seamless project delivery aligned with operational priorities. 

In this role you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Facilities Processes Engineering teams and production organizations to gather, clarify, and align project requirements.  

• Coordinate and drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring clear communication, proper planning, and timely delivery.  

• Translate production needs into actionable project scopes, working closely with facilities engineers to define technical solutions and execution plans.  

• Develop and track project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with operational priorities and timelines.  

• Facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve gaps or conflicts between stakeholders to maintain project progress.  

• Support contractor coordination and execution activities, ensuring work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.  

• Monitor project status, risks, and issues, and proactively drive mitigation actions to ensure successful delivery.  

• Support continuous improvement in project coordination processes, enhancing efficiency, communication, and execution quality. 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, facilities engineering support, or similar roles in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. 

• Strong understanding of facilities systems (e.g., UPW, wastewater, HVAC, process utilities) and related operational considerations. 

• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams. 

• Structured and detail-oriented approach to project planning, tracking, and execution. 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and 24/7 operational environment. 

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability in driving tasks to completion. 

• Familiarity with project management tools, documentation, and reporting practices.
