  • Translate, localize, and activate global campaigns for APAC and Japan, adapting messaging, content, creative, digital experiences, and campaign tactics to reflect local market needs, language, culture, and buyer priorities.
  • Partner with regional Sales, Business Development, and Field Marketing teams to understand market priorities, pipeline gaps, target industries, and priority accounts, and align marketing investments and programs accordingly.
  • Develop locally driven demand generation initiatives where regional opportunities require programs beyond global campaigns, including webinars, digital campaigns, content programs, executive engagement, and other market-specific activations.
  • Develop and execute regional thought leadership programs, leveraging global research and content while identifying opportunities for locally relevant research, customer stories, speakers, partners, and market perspectives.
  • Partner with Industry and Solutions Marketing to activate global industry campaigns across priority APAC markets and develop regional industry initiatives based on local market opportunities and sales priorities.
  • Design and orchestrate integrated ABM programs across strategic and enterprise accounts, including 1:1 and 1:few initiatives designed to support account acquisition, penetration, expansion, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Partner with Sales to identify priority accounts, understand account strategies and buying groups, and translate account intelligence into targeted marketing programs and experiences.
  • Leverage account intelligence, intent signals, engagement insights, and performance analytics to optimize campaigns, improve audience and account penetration, and maximize business impact.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to activate campaigns across channels including paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, social, local publishers, and other relevant regional channels.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Industry Marketing, Revenue Operations, Digital, and Sales to deliver coordinated regional programs and drive go-to-market objectives.
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics and business outcomes, including engagement, MQLs, account penetration, opportunities, pipeline generated, pipeline influenced, and opportunity progression.
  • Stay informed about APAC and Japanese market trends, buyer behavior, industry developments, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to improve regional performance and differentiate the brand.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline growth, opportunity acceleration, and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience translating and localizing global marketing strategies and campaigns for regional markets, ideally across APAC and/or Japan.
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese market and the ability to adapt global messaging, content, and campaign strategies to local audiences and business practices.
  • Experience developing regional programs across multiple marketing motions, including thought leadership, industry marketing, digital demand generation, webinars, and ABM.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Business Development, and Field Marketing teams to understand regional pipeline priorities and align marketing programs to go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage market intelligence, account insights, engagement data, and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize results.
