About the Role

Are you ready to lead enterprise technology delivery that unlocks business value, accelerates growth, and elevates customer experience?

 

This role is central to shaping and delivering the Enterprise and Corporate technology portfolio. It ensures value realization, resource optimization, and high-quality execution across strategic initiatives.

 

Working across a complex delivery landscape, the position leads cross-functional teams including Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Business Analysts. Success depends on creating clear ownership, strong delivery disciplines, and consistent outcomes.

 

A core part of the role is driving complex technology programs through integrated planning, scheduling, reporting, and milestone management.

The role also oversees budgets and capacity to keep delivery on track within approved financial parameters.

 

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, this position prioritizes demand, aligns resources, and maintains shared ownership of goals and outcomes. It also manages a hybrid portfolio across agile and waterfall delivery models to maximize measurable business benefits.

 

In addition, the role monitors key performance indicators, team effectiveness, and stakeholder feedback to strengthen adoption and continuous improvement. Clear communication, sound governance, and disciplined execution are essential to sustaining performance across the portfolio.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years Program / Portfolio Management experience in delivering complex projects and solutions.

 

You will bring strong expertise in enterprise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, detailed experience managing the Oracle suite of applications, and deep knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data privacy, cross-functional delivery, stakeholder management, and hybrid agile and waterfall methodologies.
