This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are an expert at the store design process from initial design concept through store opening, while maintaining the brand image for Full Price Stores, Off Price Stores and Travel Retail Stores for the International markets. You are the point person for all Consultants in order to execute the design per company specifications within set budgets and time frames. Numbers do not scare you! You understand that maintaining budget and adhering to schedule are critical to Store design/Construction. You act as a strategic problem-solvers, leveraging deep technical expertise and a broad network of internal and external resources to anticipate challenges, assess risks and develop multiple solution pathways that balance design integrity, budget and schedule. Works across functions (retail, vm, store ops, IT) and regions (Middle East, Asia, wholesale) and is a subject matter expert for the company. You’re also resourceful and collaborative with the ability to lead by paving the path and advising junior team members to follow same standard methods created and used by you to manage a project from beginning to end. Maintain composure under pressure, adapting to shifting priorities and proactively generating viable alternatives when unexpected site, vendor or regulatory issues arise.A Day in the Life:
The typical day is… atypical. You will be laying out floor plans and rendering storefront ideas conceptually first for preliminary approval within SD department. You'll also interact with International Partners and cross functional departments (Retail, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, IT, etc), ensuring their vision and business needs align with the overall brand strategy (FOH and BOH capacity and overall flow of the space). Throughout the day, you'll review project timelines, manage budgets and conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of design plans. You'll spend time coordinating with architects to ensure their landlord set, bid set and issue for construction set are comprehensive and review millworker's Fit-out shop drawings for current, new and potential millwork fixtures and design - understanding function, mechanics, structural integrity and lighting detail for the piece. You're responsible for coordinating communication with the landlord for design approval and updates. You'll also spend your time sourcing new carpets, fabrics and materials for new developments - ensuring all materials are able to fit within project budget and schedule. Help to manage PM's procurement responsibilities by setting clear protocol/process of how/where/when the ordering should take place for all interior decorative items. As Sr PM, you'll help to guide PM and coordinators with their responsibilities. While every day may not be the same, the consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of design project managers who share your passion for excellence.

- A degree of architecture or interior design preferred
- 7+ years of experience in a Project Manager position for retail projects
- Time spent in a traditional design firm and field construction experience are strongly preferred.
- Portfolio of both pure design and field experience
- Ability to develop concept sketches and work with tight deadlines
- Previous experience with international retail projects preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable in managing projects partnering with teams located in different regions of the world (through photo documentation, conference calls etc.).
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Microsoft Office is required.
- Highly organized and able to track schedules for multiple projects in various phases

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 130,000.00 USD - 165,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.Benefits Information
