Own enterprise service-health scorecards, customer-impact visibility, reliability analytics and executive insights.Key Responsibilities
Define service intelligence model, scorecards and executive reporting
Lead Service Intelligence Partners and reliability insight cadence
Connect services, journeys, incidents and risks to leadership priorities
Ensure insights become owned and traceable improvement actions
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years in service management, reliability, technology operations, analytics or business engagement
Experience leading enterprise reporting and governance
Ability to synthesize technical evidence into business risk and decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Financial-services experience
Service portfolio, SLO, Power BI or analytics experience
ITIL, SRE or business relationship management certification
