Position Overview

We are seeking reliable Assembly Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves operating assembly machinery, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and following established safety and production procedures.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assembly machines safely and efficiently.
• Load materials and components into machinery.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and operator checks.
• Inspect products for quality and defects.
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment, production, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Meet production and quality expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous machine operator, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
