ROKA is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to be a key contributor to the ROKA monthly S&OP process and logistics operations. This dual-focused role will oversee supply planning while managing end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics. You will balance supply, inventory, and demand to meet business goals for cost and service, while driving efficiency in transportation and warehouse operations. This role requires strong collaboration with Manufacturing, Product Development, Finance, and external logistics partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Supply Planning process: analyze, understand, and implement corrective actions to improve planning accuracy
- Partner with the manufacturing team to create work orders for finished goods
- Manage purchase order placement, supplier confirmations, and inbound shipment tracking to ensure on-time delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and warehouse personnel
- Track and trace shipments, coordinating with logistics partners on any inventory or transit issues
- Optimize freight modes, consolidation, and routing to balance cost, lead time, and reliability
- Publish weekly reports detailing inventory levels, WOs, and inbound/outbound shipments
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning and logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant field
- Expert-level Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) .
- Thrives in ambiguous environments with an excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Proven track record of managing both planning workflows and logistical operations
Work Location
ROKA is located in Austin, TX, USA. The Company is on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site as often as needed per the Department’s business needs. Remote candidates will not be considered for this position.
