Sales Development Representative

TouchBistro is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Toronto! Joining our SDR team, you will promote TouchBistro and build relationships with restaurant owners and operators through prospecting and qualifying leads via phone, email, and text.

Your Day-to-Day

• Prospect and qualify warm leads from customer inquiries and demand generation marketing sources
• Conduct high-volume prospecting through phone, text, and email
• Prioritize and organize lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
• Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Salesforce
• Understand and leverage product features, our Partners, Marketing, and other resources to ensure targets are met on a monthly basis
• Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience at all times

All About You

Must Haves:

• You have 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service role
• You have a track record of self-improvement, upward growth, and top performance with KPIs or quotas
• You are passionate about sales, the restaurant industry, SaaS, and technology
• You are comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (2x a week in our Toronto office)

Nice To Haves:

• You have experience working in the hospitality industry
• You have a University or College degree
• You have Salesforce and/or Point of Sale experience

Salary Range : $40.000 to $45.000 + Bonus

"Hybrid role in Toronto – 2 days/week in office at 85 Richmond Street W."
