YOUR SCHEDULE

This full-time directing role typically works from 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.

YOUR DAY

When you join our senior living community as the Assisted Living Director, your day starts with greeting the residents and checking in with the staff to ensure a smooth start to the day. You hold a meeting to discuss operations and regulatory compliance, ensuring everything runs according to the highest standards. You engage with the seniors throughout the day, providing support and creating a warm and welcoming environment. You also manage budgets and finances, making sure everything is in order. Your day is filled with meaningful interactions and the rewarding feeling of making a positive impact in the lives of seniors.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR ASSISTED LIVING DIRECTOR

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of management experience In senior living
• Financial management skills
