Pay: $35.50–$43.20 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and coordination of meals and activities.
• Recruit, train, and support staff while fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Welcome prospective tenants, provide tours, and coordinate admissions.
• Build relationships with tenants, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Support marketing, referrals, and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate assessments, documentation, and service planning with nursing staff.
• Prepare rent statements and maintain accurate records.
• Promote compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
