Skilled and patient-focused X-Ray Technologist with experience performing high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Proficient in operating radiographic equipment, positioning patients accurately, ensuring radiation safety compliance, and producing diagnostic-quality images for physician interpretation. Strong ability to provide compassionate patient care, explain procedures, maintain accurate records, and collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams. Committed to delivering efficient, high-quality imaging services while maintaining patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations in an outpatient healthcare setting while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and quality imaging standards. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the exam process, positioning them correctly, and obtaining diagnostic-quality images for physician interpretation. Maintain compliance with radiation safety regulations, infection control protocols, and organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized X-ray examinations as ordered by providers.
Accurately position patients and operate radiographic equipment to obtain quality images.
Verify patient identity and medical information before procedures.
Explain imaging procedures and address patient questions or concerns.
Follow radiation safety practices and utilize appropriate shielding techniques.
Maintain patient records and document procedures in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Ensure imaging equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance needs.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe imaging environment.
Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT certification and state licensure as required.
FL State License.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Strong patient care, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting while maintaining quality and accuracy.

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
