. General tasks

• Create working procedures and documentation for solutions
• Document, share and transfer knowledge, considerations and best-practices to IMTD staff
• Test and pilot proposed solutions in coordination with business and technical teams
• Create solution design documents, populate knowledge repositories and deliver walkthroughs to technical team and other stakeholders
• Analyze and articulate business problems and/or opportunities, interpret and map solutions to M365 tools and capabilities, and clearly identify what business objectives can and cannot be met with these solutions.
• Identify and analyze the data and information requirements needed in the solution design
• Identify and participate in the development of opportunities for solution improvement, optimization, process automation, data analysis and reporting
• Design M365-based business solutions that best match business needs and that are aligned with the CNSC’s technology architecture vision and guidelines
• Investigate incoming business questions and concerns and perform root cause analysis to address the issues and develop a strategy to resolve and implement those solutions
• Keep abreast of M365 roadmap and provide recommendations for business onboarding and adoption
• Act as a M365 expert to help business clients adopt CNSC digital solutions to meet their business needs
