Description

At ConvenientMD, we’re on a mission to make good health more convenient for all – working to improve how patients and providers experience healthcare in New England. To support this belief, we’re building a team of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about improving lives, are passionate about work that can make a difference, and are driven to learn from one another.

The Opportunity

As a Lead Nurse at our Littleton, New Hampshire urgent care clinic, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the clinic’s daily operations while providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, team leadership, and workflow coordination, and must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

This is a dual-role position: in addition to lead responsibilities, you will remain an active member of the clinical team, working scheduled clinical shifts alongside your peers and supporting high-quality patient care.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a company where their work is valued and recognized by leadership. If you are skilled in relationship building, are a strong team-player, and thrive in a fast-paced role where you’re balancing multiple responsibilities at one time, we encourage you to apply!

    • Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment.
    • Support performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.
    • Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
    • Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.
    • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Partner with your Regional Leadership along with corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.

Who You Are

  • Team leader: Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and positively influence a clinical team.
  • Experience in similar roles: Demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory capacity within a healthcare setting.
  • Driven and self-motivated: Ability to work independently, possess a level of initiative and enthusiasm to help drive results.
