## About this Role

We are seeking a highly adaptable Technical Delivery Project Lead to manage complex cross-country programmes and large-scale projects across multiple telecommunications network domains. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end project and programme management services for VOIS customers, Vodafone Germany market stakeholders, and Vodafone Group partners. The successful candidate will combine strong telecommunications expertise with stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and delivery excellence to ensure successful outcomes across diverse technology portfolios.

## What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex programmes and projects, from feasibility assessment and design coordination through testing, acceptance, and operational handover.
• Establish and maintain programme and project governance in collaboration with Market Delivery Managers and key stakeholders.
• Develop and continuously update project plans to ensure alignment with wider programme objectives and governance frameworks.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues while coordinating appropriate stakeholder actions.
• Manage escalations and support the prioritisation of resources, budgets, and specialist expertise.
• Deliver clear, customer-focused communication and reporting to stakeholders across multiple management levels.
• Ensure timely reporting and governance adherence through the NSE project management framework and tools.
• Promote the growth and adoption of Delivery Management managed services and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and productivity enhancement across the delivery management community.
• Support engagement activities and foster collaboration across the wider organisation.

## Who you are

• Strong understanding of telecommunications network architecture across multiple domains.
• Proven experience in delivery and process management within telecommunications network environments, with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration across geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer focus, analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and learning agility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills with fluent written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of network engineering project lifecycles, including design, development, testing, implementation, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or an equivalent discipline.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Awareness of telecommunications and ICT technologies, interdependencies between network platforms and systems, and financial management principles.
