Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty, safety, and presentation of our resort grounds and outdoor spaces. In this role, you will perform landscaping, gardening, irrigation, and general grounds maintenance duties that enhance the guest experience and uphold our luxury standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, hardworking individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating beautiful environments.
What you will do
Maintain resort grounds by raking, cleaning, power washing, picking up debris, and ensuring outdoor areas are well-presented.
Plant, trim, relocate, and care for trees, shrubs, cacti, flowers, and other landscaping materials.
Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation lines and equipment to support healthy landscaping throughout the property.
Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools, equipment, and supplies while following all safety procedures.
Complete assigned landscaping projects and maintenance tasks in a timely manner while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What you bring
Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or related outdoor maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including planting, trimming, and irrigation systems.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and prolonged standing.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining luxury resort standards.
Valid authorization to work in the United States.
