Description
- Lead the implementation, operation, certification, and recertification activities of the CCBHC program.
- Coordinate day-to-day CCBHC activities to ensure alignment with federal, state, and payer requirements.
- Monitor alignment to the CCBHC Model of Care and support implementation of integrated and person-centered service delivery practices.
- Track implementation milestones, project plans, and operational performance metrics.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure availability of all required CCBHC services.
- Assist with workforce planning, onboarding, training, and competency development related to CCBHC requirements.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with CCBHC standards, grant requirements, payer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Oversee collection, monitoring, and reporting of required CCBHC quality and performance measures.
- Support Quality Bonus Payment (QBP) initiatives and other performance improvement activities.
- Coordinate readiness activities for certification reviews, audits, and site visits.
- Monitor patient and family feedback and support improvement initiatives based on findings.
- Monitor program performance through analysis of operational, quality, and service utilization data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of required data and performance reports.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced service delivery.
- Assist with PPS-2 reporting, reconciliation, and documentation processes as applicable.
- Foster collaboration among clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community providers, referral sources, healthcare organizations, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining agreements necessary to meet CCBHC service requirements.
- Serve as a liaison with state agencies, payers, community partners, and funding organizations regarding CCBHC activities.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field.
- Licensed or provisionally licensed behavioral health professional preferred.
- Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, integrated care, or human services.
- Three (3) years of management experience with responsibility for operations, compliance, quality improvement, budgeting, and staff leadership.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and program implementation.
- Experience with Medicaid-funded services and behavioral health systems.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted, state appropriate driver's license for the State of North Carolina and personal vehicle insurance.
- Experience leading, implementing, or supporting a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
- Experience with North Carolina behavioral health systems and Medicaid programs.
- Knowledge of PPS-2 reimbursement methodologies, quality incentive programs, and cost reporting.
- Experience managing state or federal grant-funded programs.

- Competitive salary: Salary $85,000–$115,000, dependent on qualifications.
