Responsibilities

Ready To Configure and Validate Digital Platform Access for Clients Across a Complex SaaS Environment?

 

Why This Role Matters

Client and broker administrators can't do their jobs until their access is configured correctly. This role owns that provisioning process — working through requirements, configuring user access across digital tools and admin systems, and validating that configurations meet acceptance criteria before they reach the client. Accuracy here directly affects how quickly and smoothly client implementations go live.

 

What You'll Actually Do

 

Provision client and broker admin users: Configure administrative user access and feature permissions across Personify Health's digital tools and proprietary administration systems for client and broker accounts.

Track and document configuration progress: Maintain accurate records of configuration actions in the designated tracker throughout each project lifecycle.

Review and apply technical requirements: Read and interpret business and technical requirements across multiple concurrent client projects of varying complexity, applying them accurately during configuration.

Support UAT and functional testing: Validate test scenarios, support user acceptance and functional testing cycles, and work through QA acceptance criteria to confirm configurations perform as expected.

Utilize content management and documentation platforms: Navigate internal CMS and documentation tools to reference current process documentation throughout configuration work.

 

 

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Team

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• 1+ years of experience configuring digital client systems and/or tools
• Experience at a SaaS company a plus

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated ability to read and apply technical business requirements, functional documentation, and QA acceptance criteria
• Experience with content management systems and documentation platforms
• Familiarity with web application administration tools and proprietary admin systems
