The Customs Brokerage Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating the clearance and delivery of international freight shipments. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and supports efficient end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in freight documentation, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

• Oversee daily receiving and shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Supervise freight flow processes, maintaining communication with suppliers, buyers, shipping lines, agents, and vendors.
• Address customer inquiries and delivery concerns professionally and promptly.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate freight handling by ensuring loading/unloading equipment is prepped and ready before shifts.
• Ensure all shipments are sorted and tagged accurately based on delivery orders and customs requirements.
• Complete all freight and customs paperwork accurately, maintaining clean and organized records.
• Investigate and resolve issues such as misdirected shipments and seal discrepancies swiftly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Operations, Compliance) to support smooth customs clearance.
