Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Worker to support our facility in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will pick and pack orders, load and unload shipments, help maintain accurate inventory, and keep warehouse operations moving safely and efficiently.

Work Authorization:

To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. with overtime as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, after completing required training.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and missing items.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

You Must Have:

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and solve routine problems.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand.
• Ability to regularly move throughout the facility. Some tasks may require remaining in one position for extended periods.
• Ability to continuously operate machinery and handle products, including printed materials.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or carry 25 pounds or more.

We Would Also Prefer:

• Experience operating material-handling equipment, such as sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
