Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Education: A 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management).
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience guiding, mentoring, or directly supervising team members to achieve operational goals.
• Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated track record in category management, spend analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Project Management & Collaboration: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work across multiple functional groups in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Professional Certifications: Recognized procurement credentials such as CPM, CPSM, or CPIM.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in telecommunications, technical infrastructure, or large-scale multi-site sourcing environments.
