Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-centric environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and developing scalable full stack applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work with both frontend and backend technologies to create cohesive solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across multiple layers.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
