Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend functionalities. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to address complex business challenges and deliver high-quality software products that meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing complex software systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
