  • Serve as a Learning & Development subject matter partner, translating leadership needs, learner feedback, and business priorities into actionable learning strategies and scalable program enhancements.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of Field Reimbursement content integrity, instructional quality, learner experience, compliance expectations, and documentation standards within a highly regulated life sciences environment.
  • Proactively identify and escalate learning program risks, stakeholder misalignment, learner experience issues, resource constraints, or implementation challenges that require cross-functional coordination or leadership attention.
  • Represent the Field Reimbursement Portfolio Excellence team in governance discussions, stakeholder working sessions, cross-functional planning forums, and portfolio reviews, driving alignment and follow-through without direct authority.
  • Support time-sensitive business and leadership requests related to the Field Reimbursement content, including launch readiness, rapid updates, large-scale deployment needs, change impacts, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Learning & Development practices by identifying opportunities to simplify, scale, modernize, and future-proof program design, governance, measurement, and ways of working.
  • Build strong partnerships across matrixed teams by sharing knowledge, enabling peer collaboration, supporting onboarding, and promoting consistency across learning portfolios and leadership development initiatives.
  • Effectively manage vendor and supplier relationships, budgets, and utilization.
  • Support enterprise responsibilities, including matrix team collaboration and the planning, development, and execution of additional enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Influence Without Authority: Leads through credibility, clarity, and collaboration to align stakeholders, resolve barriers, and drive action in a matrixed environment.
  • Change Agility & Ambiguity Management: Thrives in constant change, navigates ambiguity effectively, and adapts plans while maintaining momentum and learner impact.
  • Future-Focused Learning Strategy: Anticipates emerging business needs, learner challenges, and implementation risks before they occur, translating insights into practical learning solutions.
  • Large-Scale Learning Initiative Experience: Brings experience supporting complex learning programs, enterprise-wide deployments, organizational development initiatives, and scalable learner experiences.
  • Solution Orientation: Approaches challenges with curiosity, pragmatism, and accountability, developing options and recommendations that move work forward.
  • Learning Governance & Measurement: Ensures adherence to governance, taxonomy, data quality, learner experience, and measurement standards to support continuous improvement and portfolio impact.
  • AI Fluency & Digital Enablement: Demonstrates curiosity and practical fluency in emerging AI tools and digital capabilities, applying them responsibly to enhance learning design, improve operational efficiency, personalize learner experiences, and support future-ready learning strategies.
