RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling, offers) for permanent and temporary staffing needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and timelines
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment metrics
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll
- Assist with coordinating with Finance for compliance and reporting
- Determine training needs and required compliance training
- Assign, track, conduct and coordinate training
- Develop training schedule
- Ensure proper documentation of all training is received and saved
- Work with corporate training groups to align training across regions
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and employee communication
- Respond to benefits-related inquiries
- Support open enrollment and mid-year benefits changes
- Pull and submit benefits invoices for payment
- Assist with internal/external HR reports (EEO, ACA, etc.)
- Assist with audit preparation (payroll, benefits, HR data)
- Maintain data integrity in HRIS
- Partner with HR team as needed for cross-functional initiatives
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with employees and managers while providing responsive day-to-day HR support.
- Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers regarding HR processes, policies, and routine employee matters, benefits, and payroll.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including pre-employment screenings, Form I-9, E-Verify, HRIS setup, and initial benefit enrollment.
- Support internal and external audits involving payroll, benefits, employee records, workers’ compensation, and other HR-related areas
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required, some college preferred.
- 3+ years of Human Resource experience is required.
