Account Manager

What will you work on?
Formulate sound business plans, maximize opportunities, manage risk, deliver on profitability goals, develop effective long-term business relationships and exceed customer expectations.

How will you create impact?

• Developing bi-annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs

• Deliver product presentations, business proposals and ad plans to customers on time

• Understand customers’ timelines and proactively provide them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business well

• Timely and accurate set up of new items and maintenance of existing items

• Work with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required, at minimum on a monthly basis

• Secure Purchase Orders to align to forecasts a minimum of one month prior to shipping DOM orders and 90 days prior to FOB orders.

• Timely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary

• Manage client-specific budget

• Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk

• Travel to the United States approximately 1-4 times a year for trade shows

What are your skills and experience?

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

· Account management experience preferred

· Retail, Consumer Product Goods experience preferred

· Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Connecticut is $80,000 to $110,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
