Business Analyst

Job Description:Business Analyst Senior consultant will be able to understand the full process of designing, creating, testing and implementing the application. They will be responsible of performing several tasks and demonstrating certain knowledge, competence and experience, including but not limited to the following:Proven Experience (minimum 7 years) in:Gathering, documenting & analysing business requirements, processes, and workflowsTranslating business requirements into functional specifications for technology teamsCollaborating with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project deliveryIdentifying areas for process improvementRecommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Deep Knowledge of:Business analysis technics, tools and methodsPeopleSoft FSCM (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses, etc.)Strong technical experience in PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools 8.59 and above including PeopleCode, Application Engine, PS Query, SQL.Competence and Skills to be demonstrated:Excellent spoken and written interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (in English)Being a team player, openminded, with critical thinking and strong problem-solving approachRespecting the committed deadlines.
