Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management for brands
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement and following
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
- Photography and basic video editing skills
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns
- Additional certification preferred
Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook)
- Strong creative writing and copywriting abilities
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities

What to expect...
Schedule:
- Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
Compensation:
- Rate starts at $5 per hour
- Payment is made via Deel
Equipment:
- Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
