Job Responsibilities:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to set direction and make decisions

Must have good organizational skills

Must exhibit high integrity and honesty.

Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions appropriately present information and respond to questions from various groups.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

General factory environment.

Equipment/Tools will be provided by MST and are dependent on assigned area/line

EDUCATION:

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

TEAM MEMBER’S JOB PROGRESS BE MONITORED FOR COMPETENCY BY:

Performance Assessment conducted by Supervisor and/or Department Manager.

POSITION RELEVANCE TO ACHIEVING QUALITY OBJECTIVES:
