Business Development Manager - VIC

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the Angle Finance Victorian team as our business grows.

The  BDM team sits at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving originations and building deep, strategic partnerships with brokers across their territory.

As a BDM, you'll own and grow a portfolio of high-value broker relationships, leveraging your expertise to maximize deal flow and deliver exceptional service. You'll act as a trusted advisor to your brokers, identifying opportunities, workshopping deals, and ensuring seamless execution from introduction through to settlement.

This role demands commercial acumen, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a high-performing national sales team.

Your role:

  • Manage existing broker relationships and increase overall sales for your State.

  • Acquire new broker firms to increase portfolio size.

  • Build greater awareness of Angle’s value proposition in the market.

  • Identify and qualify opportunities with a quick turnaround.

  • Successfully deliver sales targets and strategic KPIs set by the business.

  • Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.

What you bring:

  • Experience in a similar position in the Asset Finance space.

  • Proven success in managing broker relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly.

  • A team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work at pace.

  • Customer orientated and a strong relationship builder.
