Teaching Assistant BristolFull-TimeASAP Start Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone with experience working with children looking for some flexible work or to gain more knowledge of experience?  Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work with a range of Primary Schools across Bristol who are on the lookout for flexible candidates.  This is a great opportunity for you to work throughout schools who have passionate staff members who are able to share creative experiences to help enhance your professional development.  The Role We are looking for Teaching Assistants who have positive behaviour management skills, able to work on an ad-hoc basis covering absence, SEN support and Intervention support.  Long-Term Teachers are proud to put your preferences at the forefront of the opportunities available; there are chances of working within EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms.  Most positions are Full-Time TA positions, but we also have work on a Supply basis. Have positive behaviour management techniques. Communicate clearly with staff members. Work closely with the Class Teacher to understand who to provide additional support to. Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents. Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements. Follow school safeguarding policies.  Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and SpecialSchools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforwardservice to help candidates secure their next role.
