Mission Overview:
As a Business Information Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between the business world and the BI world. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, where you will analyze business needs related to insights and BI, translating them into technical requirements for data engineers. You will also work directly in Power BI to create datasets and complex reports/dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the team responsible for data modeling and Power BI reports to support the business.
- Conduct functional analysis of source data for Data Engineers in preparation for BI needs.
- Build dimensional data models to enable Data and Reporting Analysts (DRA) to create efficient dashboards.
- Provide complex reports and dashboards for the business and support the DRA in developing and maintaining dashboards.
- Ensure that the correct insights are provided in the BI layer.
- Maintain existing universes in Power BI and support Data and Reporting Analysts using these universes for visualizations/reports.
Profile Requirements:
- Experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, visualization).
- Experience in SAP BI (universe designer).
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, reporting, data visualization, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Able to quickly absorb business knowledge.
